The Trolly Bags are awesome! Not only are they roomy allowing you to sort your groceries as you shop, but I love the fact that I can use the poles (sticks) to lift them with my forearms into the car and to the kitchen counter, no matter how full and heavy! I had a couple of poles go missing (my teenagers, I think!), and when I contacted Lotus I found something very rare these days...Amanda immediately told me what to do (I just had to pay shipping). It was before the holidays, and I didn't immediately click the link to pay the postage. After the holidays I received a lovely email wishing me a Happy New Year and asking if I still wanted the poles. I was so happy for the reminder! When they arrived, shortly thereafter via FedEx, a lovely handwritten note was inside the box containing the poles along with little Lotus presents for being such a big fan! Wow! Now that's what I call customer service! When people ask me about the bags, which happens a lot, I now can tell them not only how much I enjoy using the Tolley Bags, but also how great the company is, Amanda and Team Lotus!
